We are excited to share this month’s employee spotlight, Olivia Kohler!

Originally from Mt. Gilead, just a short drive from our Crestline lab, Olivia brings a wealth of experience and a passion for service to the FVM team.

With a strong background in administrative and office management, she has led everything from medical practices to quoting and inventory for a robotics company and even managed a plumbing and heating business. That diverse experience made her a perfect fit for the role she discovered at Fox Valley Metrology. Now, 8 months in, she’s thriving, and Fox Valley Metrology is lucky to have her!

At FVM, she serves as our go-to for all things administrative, quoting, and customer service. Whether it’s managing outsourced quotes, handling in-house stock, responding to customer inquiries, or reviewing jobs, she keeps everything running smoothly. She’s also cross-trained in shipping, receiving, dipping, cleaning, and inducting—always ready to jump in wherever needed.

Outside of work, Olivia is a proud DIYer and avid camper, often exploring southern Ohio or relaxing at the lakes in Michigan with her partner, Eric. A proud pet parent to her cat, Lu, she’s also a passionate animal lover. In her spare time, she volunteers at her local humane society, giving back to a cause close to her heart.
