We’re proud to annouce our employee spotlight for the month of June: Josepha Klickner

Josepha Klickner brings a diverse background to her role at Fox Valley Metrology, making her an invaluable part of the Rockford team. Josepha pursued studies in radiology before expanding her academic journey to include business, photography, computer science, and recently a diploma in medical office billing and coding. All her hard work paid off and she graduated with distinction on the President’s List.

Before joining Fox Valley Metrology, Josepha worked in internal financial reviews at a local hospital, sharpening her attention to detail and analytical thinking that she now applies daily in her work. Since starting her career at FVM, she has seamlessly transitioned her mindset into the metrology world, quickly establishing herself as a key contributor. Josepha has a passion for problem-solving and takes great pride in being part of a company she believes in, one with strong values, exciting growth, and endless opportunities for learning and advancement.

Outside of work, Josepha leads a busy and fulfilling life with her four children, ranging in age from 10 to 18, and her partner, Matt. Together, they enjoy cheering on the kids at sporting events, cooking up delicious meals, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family. A special milestone this summer: Josepha’s daughter, Autumn, just graduated high school and will be joining the Rockford FVM team in June.
