We are excited to share this month’s employee spotlight, David Paulsen!

David joined Fox Valley Metrology in 2014, bringing a strong interest in technology and a desire to build a meaningful career. Initially supporting IT operations, David quickly expanded his skill set through hands-on experience and a commitment to continuous learning.

Today, he serves as the Revenue Operations Manager, where he plays a key role in analyzing data to support Sales and Marketing strategies and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency across the organization. At the time of his hiring, FVM had three laboratory locations in the Midwest. Since then, the company has grown to nine facilities nationwide, and David is proud to have been part of that growth.

Beyond the office, David enjoys following a variety of sports, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their beloved rescue dog.
