Survey Says: 2022 Customer Survey Results

Each year Fox Valley Metrology hopes to capture our customer’s experience. Why, you ask? Simply said, our team is working hard every year to make the customer experience and quality industry better than the year before. Here’s a little hint, quality world outlook is looking great!

Thank you to all who participated in the 2022 Survey. Your voice is important and we are excited that so many customers took time out of their busy day to assist in making the customer experience better. We have received almost 600 responses, which was up 150 from the previous survey!

How are we Doing?

Whether you are receiving calibration, on-site services, repairing equipment or the sale of new equipment, our team is committed to great customer service on all levels. That is why we feel it’s important to ask YOU the customer exactly how we rate. We were pleased to see that our overall rating increased to 4.53 out of 5 compared to the last satisfaction score of 4.1.

As they say, the customer is always right. It doesn’t matter what we think, it matters what you, the customer thinks. The results are in, and you all have told us not only did we increase our overall rating, but we also increased our rating in ALL areas. Forecast Looks Sunny

According to the responses, it is clear our customers are busy! With increasing demands, stricter standards and let’s not forget staffing issues, equipment purchasing is on the horizon. How can that be? With supply chain issues and being short-staffed a hurdle many are facing, better automation and advance equipment are here to help.

Adjusting to market trends is more important now than ever. How those trends affect your quality program and business is up to you. When asked what you see in store for your business in the next 12 months, we came across some interesting findings.

Industry Trends

There is no surprise here that the top 3 trends were supply chain, staffing and inflation. These are also key factors that drive the growth of the market. With rising awareness regarding quality maintenance, it speaks loudly to us that having a quality program that is running efficiently is key. This dashboard view of trends supports the backbone of FVM commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.
